Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them in the table below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Eligibility & Registration

Access to the rs555 platform and all associated Services is restricted to individuals who meet each of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You are at least 21 years of age. rs555 operates a strict minimum age policy and will conduct age verification checks during and after registration.
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any company, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are not accessing rs555 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an rs555 employee in a role that provides access to pricing, market, or platform data.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from rs555 or had your account permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and your own. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms.

Account Management

Each eligible player may register and maintain one account only on rs555. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances and bonuses being forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account credentials. rs555 will never contact you asking for your password under any circumstances. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on rs555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rs555 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the cashier page and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and the completion status of your KYC verification. rs555 targets same-day processing for verified accounts, though actual transfer times may be subject to the processing schedules of your bank or mobile wallet provider.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the rs555 account holder.
• rs555 reserves the right to process withdrawals back to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any applicable taxes or levies arising from winnings are the sole responsibility of the player.

Bonuses & Promotions

The following general bonus rules apply across all rs555 promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds and can only be used to place wagers on eligible games and markets.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the relevant offer page.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

• Wagering with real money funds takes priority over bonus funds unless the cashier settings are adjusted by the player.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on rs555 — whether on cricket, PSL markets, boxing, live casino games, or slot titles — are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that game or market. General wagering rules that apply across the rs555 platform are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. rs555 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a wager after it has been accepted by the system.
• rs555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was created in error, priced incorrectly due to a technical fault, or affected by circumstances that render the result void under standard sporting rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rs555 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity, age, or payment information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Money Laundering: Using the rs555 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. rs555 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets on any sporting event that you have knowledge has been manipulated or in which you are a participant with influence over the outcome.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the rs555 platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or live dealer games.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been credited to your rs555 account and wagered.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or pricing error on the platform for financial gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are void.

Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence, right, or interest in any rs555 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any rs555 content without prior written permission from rs555. Any unauthorised use of rs555 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rs555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the rs555 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues outside rs555's reasonable control.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances beyond rs555's direct control.
• Any delay in processing a deposit or withdrawal caused by a third-party payment provider, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Raast.
• Any harm arising from your decision to gamble on the rs555 platform.

Where rs555 is found to be liable for a loss, rs555's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds held in your rs555 account at the time the relevant incident occurred.

Privacy & Data

Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the rs555 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Account Termination

rs555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where:

• A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• rs555 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• A player fails to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require rs555 to restrict access for a specific player or group of players.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting the rs555 support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after all pending wagering requirements and security checks have been cleared. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards and the operational jurisdiction under which rs555 holds its licence.
